Orders & Payments

Full payment must be made before or upon collection/delivery of shoes.

Liability
While we take the utmost care in cleaning your shoes, Clean My Shoes is not liable for pre-existing damage, color fading, or wear and tear.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).
Customer Responsibility
Customers must check their shoes before handing them over and disclose any special material or issues.
Uncollected shoes after 30 days may be disposed of or donated.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only applicable if the service was not delivered as agreed.
